Think Big. Act Bold. 💥
What a few days in Coogee, Sydney for Frontline Recruitment Group’s National Conference!
This year’s theme, Think Big, Act Bold, was all about challenging ourselves, thinking differently and having the confidence to take action. We’ve returned to Brisbane feeling energised, inspired and ready for what’s ahead.
It was also a conference of some pretty special milestones for our Frontline Recruitment Group - Retail Brisbane team!
🎉 Gary Negus and Dannielle Zwirek both achieved Top Gun status!
A fantastic recognition of their outstanding performance, dedication and commitment to delivering exceptional results for our clients and candidates.
And the celebrations didn’t stop there...
🏆 Dannielle Zwirek was named Frontliner of the Year!
What an incredible achievement and a truly well-deserved recognition of the impact Danni has across our team and the wider Frontline network.
Danni consistently brings energy, professionalism and genuine care to everything she does. Her commitment to building strong relationships, supporting our clients and candidates, and contributing to the success of our team makes this award especially meaningful.
To see both Gary and Danni recognised on the national stage was an incredibly proud moment for our Frontline Retail Brisbane team.
And with both Gary and Danni achieving Top Gun status, Barossa Valley is calling! 🍷
A huge congratulations to all the award winners and finalists from across Frontline, and thank you to everyone who made this year’s conference one to remember.
We’ve headed home with plenty of ideas, plenty of motivation and some very well-deserved recognition! 🏆
Think Big. Act Bold. And bring on the year ahead.
