The Position

My client is seeking an experienced Surveyor to join a focused team with an excellent work ethic and enthusiasm. They will need a natural ability to deliver on projects, and be able to lead and nurture junior surveyors. They will need to prove their ability as a leader for further career advancement. The successful candidate will have excellent time management and communication skills, be able to pay attention to detail and have a strong client focus.

Brisbane Based
Up to $130K package

The Candidate

The ideal candidate should be an energetic and personable individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the surveying industry. They will be a natural leader and have the ability to delegate to juniors with the right balance of authority. They will be excited by a challenge and have a burning desire to constantly develop and progress their career. A strong technical aptitude will be seen as a distinct advantage.
A minimum of 3 years experience
Proficient in the use of Leica Equipment
Diploma or Degree
Proficient with Liscad or 12D

The Position

QLD MEAN BUSINESS and my client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager Or Current State Manager to join their mining and commercial construction division with a large focus on project engineering services. This instrumental position will see the successful candidate further grow the established team in the QLD. This role will manage the day to day running of the business while also collaborating with the national team to execute countrywide growth objectives for the overall operation. Whilst this Qld team is well established the successful candidate will have well-supported staff and be given all the resources to capitalise. This position will offer the successful candidate an opportunity to forge their name within the industry as they will be instrumental in the projected success of a tier 1 juggernaut.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate should be an energetic and personable individual with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the mining or construction industry. They will be natural at leadership and have the ability to build and delegate to a team of surveyors and project engineers with the right balance of authority. They will be excited by a challenge and have a burning desire to develop and progress the business unit. They will need to be able to deliver on projects, build a business from existing relationships, and be able to lead and inspire this high-performing team. On offer is a negotiable base salary of $150,000+ in addition to performance bonuses and regular salary reviews.
