One thing I never want candidates to feel during a job search is forgotten.

Even when a process is delayed or a client is still deciding, people deserve communication and honesty. It costs nothing to keep someone updated, but it makes a huge difference to their confidence and stress levels.

Some of the nicest feedback we receive is simply around being responsive, supportive and easy to deal with.
