We operate with a simple goal – to ensure that all current and former ADF personnel and their families that are in need of help get the support they need. Our commitment is not limited to ANZAC Day and Remembrance Day – our staff and volunteers work all year round to:
Provide welfare and support for the wounded, injured and ill and their families
Honour the memory of those who have served throu

gh commemorative events
Preserve the spirit of mateship within the ADF community
Promote the interests of veterans and ADF members to Government and the wider community.

Community working together can achieve anything. Today Blackbutt RSL Sub-Branch, Benarkin Blackbutt Lions Club and Blackbutt Freemasons joined together to help a community member. A new ramp was built for a member of our community for better access to his home. The Labour and cost is shared between our groups.
It’s very satisfying to help someone in need, but when community groups join together, it shows we can make life easier for those in need.

Today’s membership draw goes to member number 22. Unfortunately for the member, they were not here to collect the $220

Friday night at Blackbutt RSL was a fantastic night. Congratulations to Mick for winning the meat tray raffle. A huge shout out to the Wanderers Motorhome Group for your attendance last night.
