We’re partnering with a local road surveying company that’s offering an incredible opportunity for someone ready to build a career from the ground up.

The Director started his career shovel in hand, learning the ropes, supported by great mentors - and now he’s passionate about giving that same opportunity to someone who’s motivated, hands-on, and eager to grow.

No experience? No problem. This role is all about attitude, effort, and willingness to learn.

You’ll begin by getting a feel for the work on the ground - shovelling, raking, and understanding how the team operates, before progressing into grade control, GPS line marking, and eventually project surveying. You’ll also gain exposure to mobile scanners and road scanning technology as the company expands in this space.

Full training is provided, along with support for certificates and diplomas as you develop.

About the Role:
- Casual to start, with a paid trial following interview
- Pay in line with the Asphalt Award, progressing to the Survey Award as you grow

We’re Looking For:
- Unrestricted driver’s licence (P plates are fine)
- Resilient and reliable
- Proactive, with strong initiative
- Solid work ethic and team mindset
- Tech savvy and eager to learn

I Should Coco is looking for an Ice Cream Operator to join the team. Their mission is simple, to serve delicious soft-serve that’s free from dairy and allergens, making ice cream accessible to everyone. Inclusion is at the heart of what they do.

We’re looking for someone who will;
🍦Drive the '74 Kombi to and from events.
🍦Have a knack for connecting with customers.
🍦Serve delicious soft serve.
🍦Be available for weekend events from markets to festivals to private events.
🍦Clean and maintain the ice cream machine and Kombi.
🍦Be comfortable working autonomously or with one other person.
