𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗜 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗜𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀:

Working in Australia had always been my dream, but for a long time, it felt out of reach. I didn’t know where to start or who could help.

The turning point came when I was scrolling through LinkedIn one day. I saw a post from 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 announcing that my former workmate had landed a job in Australia through them. Seeing someone I knew actually make it happen gave me the push I needed.

I started following 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 on LinkedIn, and a few days later, I came across a job advert that matched my background. I applied — it was my first time going through an agency. We are currently accepting applications from experienced Boilermakers with strong Fixed Plant mining experience for opportunities with leading mining operations across Australia.

✅ Key Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience working on fixed plant equipment
• Proven mining industry experience (essential)
• Strong understanding of fabrication methods and techniques
• Ability to work in remote mine site environments
• Relevant trade qualification in Metal Fabrication

In 2024, Duncany saw a photo of one of our candidates from Zambia standing at this very place. Then in 2025, he saw another photo taken at the same spot of another candidate recruited by Next Global Services - Australia. That was the moment he decided to try his luck.
