Why did you join Ocula?
"I was looking for a career change after 15 years in hospitality and that led me to join Ocula as a Rostering Coordinator in May 2023. I see working at Ocula as a promising opportunity for my personal and professional growth while being part of an ASX listed company."

What has been the most rewarding part of your role?
"The most rewarding aspect of my role as the Recruiter and Operations Coordinator has been the opportunity to connect with our current workforce as well as new candidates by assisting them with career opportunities."


What are you responsible for in your role?
"In my current role I am responsible for the recruitment of the security personnel and I assist with the day-to-day operations at Ocula. This includes assisting the rostering team where needed, optimizing operational processes, ensuring a smooth hiring process from the screening to onboarding and lots more!"


What has been your proudest achievement to date in your role?
"My proudest achievement to date with Ocula has been the transition from a Rostering Coordinator to a Recruiter and Operations Coordinator. I take pride in improving my skills to be a valuable asset to our team and company."
