Let's bust another recruitment myth. Something we hear a lot is the idea that FIFO means a poor work-life balance.

This assumption is something that stems from a misunderstanding of the FIFO industry. ⚙️

FIFO offers something that a lot of roles don't: clear structure.

From the timing of your swings to your daily routine on site, your workday is structured. You get healthy meals on site, usually a great gym, and a private room (and more) depending on the site to relax in at the end of a busy day.

The defined time off means you can switch off completely. Your time off is yours, no random calls telling you to come in, and normally no paperwork to take home.

Of course, this is not a one-size-fits-all. We prioritise working with employers who prioritise health and mental health, and help start careers, not just jobs. 📍

We're looking for experienced and motivated Grade Control, Reverse Circulation, Air Core and Diamond Drillers for a range of projects across Western Australia, and that might be you!💥

What’s in it for you?
🔹 2:1, 2:2 or 7:7 FIFO Shifts
🔹 Flights, accommodation, uniforms, and PPE provided
🔹 Comfortable and private accommodation
