We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team in Murray Bridge.

💙 Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred support in line with NDIS plans
Assist with personal care, hygiene, and mobility support
Support daily living activities, meal preparation, and domestic tasks
Facilitate community access and social participation
Administer medications (as required and trained)
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
✅ Essential Requirements
✔ Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent
✔ Minimum 1 year relevant experience
✔ NDIS Worker Screening Check
✔ National Police Check
✔ First Aid & CPR Certificate
✔ Current Driver's Licence
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
⭐ Desirable Skills
Experience in Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Experience in Complex Care
Medication Administration Training
Manual Handling Certification
