Instead of relying on selfโreported questionnaires, this technology looks at how people actually move. It assesses everyday work movements like lifting, bending, reaching, and overhead tasks, and compares them to proven ergonomic benchmarks.
This gives recruiters and employers clearer insight into a candidateโs physical capability, helping ensure the right fit for the role, increasing hiring confidence, and reducing preventable workplace injuries.
