We’re excited to share clients and candidates of PeopleIN’s community services staffing provider, Edmen Community Staffing Solutions, now have access to improved shift management, reporting and security with the introduction of a new workforce portal and mobile app.

The worker app, Active by PeopleIN, adds new features to improve the shift experience like geolocation which automatically shows where they’re working that day. The workforce portal features customisable reporting options so clients can easily access the information most important to them in real-time.

Both new tools connect directly with SalesForce, enhancing user interface reporting and security and we plan to roll out of these services to other businesses within PeopleIN’s family of brands in the future.

We were excited to recently welcome some of Australia's elite business leaders to PeopleIN's office in Fortitude Valley. It was a great evening highlighted by a panel session in which some of our city's greatest sporting luminaries shared insight on leading high performing teams, both on and off the playing field.

"We’re pleased to announce a record result, driven by strong organic growth across our core businesses and favourable industry tailwinds, including record low unemployment,” PeopleIN CEO, Ross Thompson.

PeopleIN is proud to share record half year results for FY23 of $596.7m in revenue (+88.9% increase on FY22 half year results (P*P)) and Normalised EBITDA of $32.5m (+50.5% P*P).

We saw strong performances in recruiting to the accounting, food processing, childcare, community care and transport infrastructure sectors while organic growth has been driven by diversifying our client base, cross-selling amongst our family of brands and investing in international recruitment across our three verticals.

Thanks to our clients, candidates, shareholders, and our people on this excellent result. We’re looking forward to continued strong performance in the second half of FY23.

PeopleIN and TAFE Queensland have signed an MoU to promote labour mobility and enable us to provide employment placement services to TAFE Queensland’s 125,000 graduates and upskilling opportunities to our 55,000 strong on-hire workforce.
