Yesterday our Albany team came together to celebrate NAIDOC Week with local Menang man, Larry Blight. We had the privilege of learning traditional tool making and gaining deeper insight into Menang culture and knowledge.

A meaningful day of learning, connection, and celebrating the world’s oldest living culture. 💛🖤❤️

Today marks an exciting milestone for Impact Services, as we officially launch the Inclusive Employment Assistance (IEA) program in Kalgoorlie & Esperance!

The IEA program is designed to support local job seekers through inclusive, person-centred services that help them connect with meaningful and sustainable employment.
The image below captures a proud moment from our launch, our very first client George being initiated into the program in Kalgoorlie, supported by Impact Services team member Jo.

We’re thrilled to expand our services across the Goldfields and look forward to working alongside local employers, community partners, and participants to create real impact through employment.
