Due to continued growth, we are seeking the services of a talented In-house Commercial / Legal Lead to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:
Based in Adelaide CBD, the role’s purpose is to provide in-house legal and commercial management / skill / leadership across all business ventures. Working closely with construction managers, project managers, project teams, principle engineers, clients and other suppliers / subcontractors, ensure that the business’ risks are managed whilst maintaining and building strong relationships both up and downstream.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies.
- Manage contracts and subcontracts.
- Review tender and contract documentation.
- Oversee contract management, compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Support employment law, industrial relations, and development matters.
- Ensure legal and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications:
- Legal background in commercial law.
- Strong risk management and compliance understanding.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ideal candidates have construction, corporate M&A, commercial, or project experience. Strong commercial acumen is also valued.
