We're seeking an experienced IT Security Specialist to join the innovative team in the AEC Industry 🚀

💻 What You'll Do:
Develop and implement effective cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures.
Monitor, detect and respond to security incidents, and conduct vulnerability assessments.
Leverage Microsoft 365 security features, including Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and Microsoft Intune, to protect our environment.
Configure and manage security settings within Microsoft 365 applications (e.g.,Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
Investigate and remediate security incidents related to Microsoft 365 services.
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations.
Familiarity with HITRUST and other security frameworks is a plus.
Configure and manage compliance settings within Microsoft Purview (eg. DLP policies).
Lead security-related projects, such as defining and implementing new policies such as data loss prevention (DLP) and encryption.

🔎 What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
Proven experience (at least 5 years) in IT security roles.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 security features and compliance tools.
Experience with Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT).
Intermediate-advanced English.
