Today, on 28 May 2021, the Taking-Over Certificate was issued so that the hydropower plant is now available for commercial operation. DABS will hand over the project to the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan who has awarded a concession to Badakhshon Energy Company to operate the project for 30 years. 🤩
امروز 28 ماه می 2021 سند دوره تسلمی پروژه به امضا رسید فلهذا بند برق آماده تولید انرژی است. ریاست برشنا پروژه را به شرکت بدخشان انرژی تسلیم خواهد داد و شرکت بدخشان انرژی برای مدت 30 سال مسولیت عملیاتی بند برق را به عهده دارد.

The reservoir has now been filled again so that the turbines can be tested under operating conditions. These tests are scheduled to be completed by mid-May when the plant will be handed over to DABS.
آب گیری بند برق دوباره انجام شد و حالا میتوان توربین ها را در حالت گردش تست کرد. نظر به تقسیم اوقات این تست ها در میانه ماه می سال جاری تکمیل میگردد و بند برق به شرکت برشنا تسلیم داده خواهد شد.

مطابق تقسیم اوقات تست و کمیشنینگ در دو هفته آینده آغاز میشود. بعد از ختم کمیشنینگ بلاخره فیض آباد از نور برق مستفید خواهد شد.

بلاخره در تاریخ 21 فبروری دینامو های جنراتور در ساحه رسید و جنراتور ها در حال نصب شدن هستند به زودترین فرست تولید برق ممکن است.

The reservoir was recently filled to its full supply level for the first time. After suffering a prolonged delay at customs, the first generator parts have been delivered to the site with the remainder expected in February and first electricity generation possible in some months.😃
برای اولین بار بند برق شورآبک به سطح حد اکثر آب گیری گردید.بعد از تاخیری در گمرک بخش اول وسایل جنراتور ها به فیض آباد انتقال یافت و باقی مانده وسایل جنراتور ها در همین ماه فبروری انتقال خواهد گردید و در ماه های آینده تولید برق امکان پذیر است.

جنراتور ها بعد از سپری نمودن چهار و نیم ماه در گمرگ کراچی پاکستان فعلا به طرف فیض آباد در حال انتقال هستند.

Completion would be in the first quarter of 2021, if the generators can be released from the port of Karachi now. 🤞Requisite paperwork from Kabul is still awaited to get the generators released in Karachi. Big problem!🙀
اگر جنراتور ها از گمرگ کراچی پاکستان خارج شوند احتمال دارد کار پروژه در ربع اول سال 2021 تکمیل شود. منتظر طی مراحل اسناد بخاطر خارج ساختن جنراتور ها از کراچی هستیم ....... مشکل بزرگ.
