Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Admin Assistant to join our team in the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various daily administrative tasks, including managing invoices, reports, paperwork, and general administration. In addition, proficiency in the Zoho Suite is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations.
Prepare and process invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.
Generate reports as required and assist in data analysis.
