Responsibilities

-Attend to enquiries received from potential and existing clients;
-Visit potential and existing clients on a regular basis to establish/maintain strong business relationships, loyalty and retention;
Obtain, record, and track sales leads;
-Represent the company in exhibitions and summits.
Work Experience
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in a tourism for visa application,manpower / recruitment consultancy environment;
-At least 2 years of Middle East work experience;
-Has proven track record in sales of visa and man power supply example deployment of Laborers, Security,Cleaners or Housemaid in the Middle East.
Skills and Qualifications
-Good Command in English
-Go-getter and positive attitude;
-Bachelor’s Degree qualification;
-Proficiency in computer programs of Microsoft Windows;
-Knowledge in Applicant Tracking Systems is desirable;
-Excellent presentation skills;
-Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

The purpose of this role is to provide front desk reception duties and administrative support to the team as well as assist Managing Director. You will be responsible for overall front office activities, including meeting and greeting customers in a professional and warm manner, handling complaints and distributing inquiries, handling large number of incoming calls and e-mails, processing orders and maintenance requests, organizing office communication and activities on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities within the company will be added to this position with continues experience and growth.
Requirements:
- Approachable and passionate personality.
- Be reliable, well organized and have demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities in a very busy office environment. Able to work fast under pressure.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant phone manners.
- Very good command of spoken and written English.
- Have high level of computer proficiency and typing ability.
- Graduate with Bachelor in Customer Care or Management
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within Dubai.
We are looking for a female who will be willing to work 6 days a week and offer competitive remuneration package.
