AIMS HR Ease FZCO ( HR Consultancy) is currently recruiting a 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 for a well-established Civil Construction Company in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with strong high-rise project experience and advanced planning expertise.

📌𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

✔️Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
✔️Minimum 10+ years of UAE experience, specifically in high-rise buildings (40+ floors)
✔️Proficient in Primavera P6 for project planning and scheduling
✔️Develop, monitor, and control project schedules
✔️Track progress, identify risks, and prepare recovery plans
✔️Prepare manpower histograms, S-curves, and cash flow reports
✔️Conduct delay analysis, prepare claims, and support project reporting
✔️Coordinate effectively with site teams, consultants, and contractors
