We are seeking a skilled and experienced Butcher to join as a full-time permanent staff member. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of meat preparation and cutting techniques, and a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and customer service.
Job Title: Experienced Butcher (Permanent Position)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: AED 3,000 - 3,700.00 AED per month
Start Date: Sept 23, 2024
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare, cut, and portion various types of meat (beef, poultry, lamb, etc.)
-Ensure the correct storage and preservation of meat products
-Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in the workplace
-Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
-Provide excellent customer service, including custom cuts and special orders
-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications and Skills
-Proven experience as a butcher (minimum 1 year preferred)
-Knowledge of meat preparation and various cutting techniques
-Strong understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent customer service and communication skills
-Physical stamina and the ability to handle heavy lifting
