💰 Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 per month (depending on experience)

𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Previous experience in the Civil Contracting / Construction Industry is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of MEP installations, coordination, testing and commissioning.
• Experience in managing MEP works across residential, commercial or infrastructure construction projects.
• Ability to review MEP drawings, technical specifications, shop drawings and material submittals.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, site engineers and project management teams.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards, authority regulations and site safety requirements.

𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦:

🔹 Supervise and coordinate MEP activities to ensure timely project ex*****on.

🔹 Coordinate MEP services with civil and structural works to avoid clashes and project delays.
🔹 Manage inspections, testing, commissioning and project handover documentation.
🔹 Ensure efficient resource utilization and adherence to project schedules.
