A reputable company based in Free zone - Damascus is seeking for full time "Business Analyst" to develops best practices for data collection, and analyzes current processes so that they may be improved to the greatest extent possible.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Performing and owning detailed requirement analyses, translating them into analytical documentation, and making sure to meet business needs and requirements.
• Producing presentations accurately and efficiently within timeframes, including the ability to proof own work, to highlight the effect of changes you made.
• Working closely with the CEO to deliver their requirements, ensuring some understanding of the information and data being shown and thinking of the best ways to convey it, using creativity, in terms of color, imagery, layout, and infographics.
• Communicating and coordinating with all levels at any point within the process, asking questions or entering discussion to ensure clarity and make suggestions for improvement.
• Conducting research and summarizing findings.
Job Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Or related field.
• Fluent in English excellent oral, written and grammar skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Highly motivated, organized individual with strong attention to detail who can work
effectively with minimal supervision.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) is essential.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to think creatively and critically.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment thriving under pressure.
• Salary is up to 1,500,000 SYP.
