Responsibilities:
• Prepare Technical Submittals, O & M Manuals and other support in documentation.
• Filling specification sheet and arrange technical submittals.
• Prepare BOQ Working with project drawings and documentation.
• Provide accurate, error-free project pricing on time. Be able to work under pressure of project deadlines.
• Propose commercially and technically viable alternatives to solutions and products of a project • Responsible for providing full support to the sales team in the matters related to the project estimation, including but not limited to project study and analysis, quantity take-off.
• Responsible for providing value engineered proposal based on the project specifications and requirements. Key Qualifications and experience:
• Minimum 1 year experience within a similar field.
• Attention to details and time management skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent knowledge in MS office.
• Analytical skills.
• Auto-Cad knowledge.

· Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms

· Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them

· Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing

My client is a USA software company developing cloud based ERP Solutions with their Middle East Office located in Doha, Qatar.

Your new role

You will be working as the Technical Team Lead to manage the technological evolution of its Cloud ERP solution and oversee the day-to-day technical aspects, you will also be responsible to lead a team of developers, UX/UI designers on matter relating to technology stack which enables the cloud ERP.

What you'll need to succeed

7+ year’s experience in a senior technical leadership role
Extensive knowledge of ERP
Deep knowledge on cloud deployment and DevOps
Experience with scalable technologies
Considerable experience with PHP and PHP related frameworks and tools
Experience with Native and Hybrid Android/iOS development cycle.
Extensive knowledge on version control systems – especially Git.
Experience with cloud deployment on AWS and similar SaaS services
Linux OS knowledge along with web servers like nginx.
Experience with large datasets.
