We are currently seeking candidates for the position:
✅ HR & ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE
📌 Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 1 to 2 years of experience in HR & Admin, preferably in manpower/staffing industry.
* Knowledge of UAE Labour laws and statutory compliance.
* Handle end-to-end recruitment, bulk hiring, onboarding, and employee documentation
* Manage employee lifecycle (attendance, leave, confirmations, exits, F&F)
* Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure compliance with PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and labor laws
* Maintain client-wise deployment records, contracts, and MIS reports
* Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, assets, and facilities
* Prepare HR, manpower, and compliance reports
