كام حد فيكم قدم الCv بتاعه في أماكن كتير لكن للأسف مافيش حد اصلا بيكلمه خصوصا فى دول الخليج ؟
الجواب هو لأن الـCv بتاعك أصلا للأسف مش بيتشاف ولا بيوصل لحد يشوفه !!

خلينى اقولك باختصار كدة إن ال Ats System ده يعتبر هو الHr اللى بيفلتر الCv بتاعك علشان يشوف انت مناسب للوظيفة دى ولا لا ، وللأسف في ناس كتير بتتظلم لان الcv بتاعهم بيكون غير مطابق للنظام ده والcv اصلا مش بيوصل لل Recruitment team وبيترفض من قبل ما يوصل
