Most wrong hires looked right on paper, which is exactly the problem.

Paper was all anyone assessed.

We assess whether a person can hold your standard inside your world, unseen, because we have lived at that standard ourselves, and every placed candidate signs a personal commitment to it before they ever sign with you.

We keep the client list deliberately small so every engagement can be overseen personally, which is why the way in begins with a short screening before anything else.
