Our company is looking for a Filipino candidate to join us as an IT Specialist.
Requirements:
Job Description – IT Support Technician (Construction Company)
Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain fingerprint attendance systems across company sites.
Manage and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance cameras.
Provide support for hardware and software issues within the company (computers, printers, networks).
Ensure proper connection and integration of fingerprint devices with the company’s main system.
Conduct regular visits to construction sites to check network signals and connectivity issues.
Monitor, diagnose, and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner.
Maintain records of IT assets, repairs, and system updates.
Coordinate with vendors/service providers when external support is required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of IT support experience (preferably in UAE).
Strong knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and security systems.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (mandatory).
Ability to work independently and travel to multiple sites.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills..
Ability to join immediately.
