TRAM Recruitment has been retained to conduct a confidential search for an exceptional Executive Operations Partner to join a Private Office in Riyadh.

This is a highly trusted, Principal-facing appointment for an individual accustomed to operating with discretion, autonomy and exceptional judgment within UHNW/VVIP private environments.

This is not a conventional PA or EA position.

The successful candidate will operate as a trusted personal and operational right hand, taking ownership across private and lifestyle matters, international travel, complex logistics, research, business support and unexpected requirements.

We are seeking individuals who demonstrate:

* Proven experience within UHNW/VVIP, Private Office, Family Office or exceptional private-service environments
* Exceptional discretion and confidentiality
* Strong independent judgment and problem-solving ability
* The ability to anticipate rather than wait for instruction
* Complete ownership and follow-through
* Calm, polished conduct under pressure
* A genuine private-service mindset with no ego around the task

Relocation to Riyadh and international travel are required.

A comprehensive expatriate package is provided, including private furnished accommodation, transportation, medical insurance, annual home-country flight, visa/Iqama arrangements and approximately one month of annual leave. Compensation is highly competitive and dependent on the calibre and experience of the successful candidate.

❤️ One of the most beautiful parts of being a recruiter is something I never expected…

Sometimes, the candidates you place become so much more than candidates.

When I first speak to someone, it’s usually about a job. Their experience, their dreams, their next opportunity and whether I can help them find the right position.

But then you get to know them.

You hear about their excitement before they leave. Their nerves. Their hopes for their new life. You check in to see how they are settling in. You celebrate their first big milestone, hear about their experiences and watch them grow in confidence.

And somewhere along the way, something changes.

They stop being “a candidate I placed” and become someone I genuinely care about. 🤍
