Realiable methods, Sites and Apps to find work.

I want to start this article by stating that the most important and first step to take before having to submit CVs or look for any work is to get yourself a good presentable CV.
Here are some of the few reasons why you need a good CV with a good CV writer... like myself;
- For your application to be taken seriously
- To submit a CV that matches the profile candidate a Company job ad is looking for

Now we are through that, lets get into the subject matter...

Here are some of the reliable methods, websites and apps to help you in your job search.

1. Linkedin app
After you complete creating your profile, this app makes it easy for you to search the kinds of jobs you are looking for and lets you get notifications whenever a similar job gets posted. Another way you can use this app is to search for a role you are interested in, example; Office Administrator, then filter your search to 'People', 'South Africa' - Here you will see the profiles of people who work as Office Aministrators and the companies they work for. The rest is what we call 'History' .. need I spell everything out for you?

2. Indeed app
This app lets you search for jobs, receive job alerts and apply for jobs as well. Used by many as a way to get skilled candidates, Indeed app is what happens when a Company is struggling to get relevant candidates they are looking for, but does not want to use Recruitment Agencies. Indeed app, indeed works and is a reliable jobhunt app. Note to always do background checks by calling the hiring company to ask if they have a job post with Indeed and if the vacancy is posted by them and if it is still valid(are they still accepting applications for the advertised role)

3. Recruitment Agencies
Many people hate recruitment agencies, and they think all recruitment agencies are the same... that is recruitment agencies take money from their salary(Recruiters cut), which leads to the actual employee earning lesser than what the hiring company pays for him. But that is not always the case, there are some recruitment agencies that directly get paid from the company and do not deduct money from your pay. To use Recruitment agencies you will need to google "Top Recruitment agencies in your location(City/Town or Province). And there we have it, the rest is history ...

4. Sending Job Application emails to companies you wish to work at.
This is an effective jobhunt statergy as it helps put you first when the time comes a Company is in need of a candidate with skillset matching your profile. Call a company you want to work for or you believe your skills would be of use to, talk to the HR, ask if are there any open vacancies in your field of work, and if not can you send through your CV by email for future references.
