When Old Collegians hire Old Collegians - a result of a brotherhood that knows few barriers 🔴⚫️⚪️

James Ballantyne (OC 1987) of JaBe Training & Consulting Health and Safety asked College Connect to assist with finding a reliable Forestry and Health and Safety Consultant to join his team.

And we found Nicholas Parmanand (OC 2022). This was in February 2026 and we're pleased to say that James has found the team member he was looking for, and Nicholas has secured stable work which provides him with scope to grow.

We'd like to give a special shout-out to 2 Old Collegians who sponsored incredible Hole-in-One prizes for our Reunion Golf Day last week 👏
Ant Williamson (OC 1990) of Meerkat Portfolio sponsored a R 100 000 prize for Maritzburg Golf Club, while Zach Pelzer (OC 2016) of XCO Group partnered with Bidvest McCarthy Toyota and sponsored R 250 000 toward a brand-new Toyota at Victoria Country Club.
