Position Overview
South African Call Centre Agent needed to join a rapidly growing, vibrant international call centre based in Cyprus. Entry‑level role with full training provided. No prior call centre experience is required — only strong English, a positive attitude, and a willingness to relocate.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for UK‑based clients
Provide customer service and support
Perform sales‑related tasks with opportunity for weekly bonuses
Work within a multicultural, energetic call centre environment
Follow company processes, scripts, and training guidelines
Contribute positively to a young, vibrant team culture
Requirements
Fluent English (accent suitable for UK clients)
Strong communication skills
Positive, can‑do attitude
Willingness to relocate to Cyprus for long‑term employment (5‑year visa)
Able to work shifts (call centre operates 7 days a week)
Age open — candidates from 20 to 50+ welcome
No previous experience required (full training provided)
Salary & Benefits
€1,300 – €1,350 per month
Weekly bonuses averaging €300–€350
Many agents effectively earn an additional monthly salary through bonuses
