A leading construction organisation in Belgium is looking for an experienced Site Manager (Werfleider) to manage large-scale institutional and public building projects.

Qualifications & Experience:
• BTech or MTech in Construction Management, or a relevant Bachelors or Masters degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 5–7 years experience as a Site Manager.
• Proven ability to independently manage construction sites and lead site teams.
• Strong technical construction knowledge, including interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and digital construction tools.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, planning, organisational and communication skills.
• Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• South African citizenship is required.

Candidates must have proven experience managing large-scale projects involving:
• Schools
• Hospitals
• Universities
• Institutional buildings
• Public building projects

IMPORTANT:
Experience primarily focused on housing, residential complexes, roads or civil infrastructure will not be considered equivalent to the project experience required.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
• Proficiency in English and Afrikaans is preferred.
