We are recruiting a Financial Planning Administrator to work remotely from anywhere in South Africa for an internationally regulated financial advisory practice operating across the UK, South Africa, and the US. You will work directly alongside the Founder on a daily basis, keeping a complex, multi-jurisdictional operation running accurately across platforms including Intelliflo and FE Analytics. The business manages close to R1 billion in assets and is growing, so the work is varied and the visibility is real.

✅ Payroll experience, including wages, overtime and salary advances
✅ Self-discipline and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Sage Evolution and Pastel Payroll experience is advantageous. Other accounting and payroll packages will be considered. Completed articles would be beneficial.
