Let’s be real… anxiety is exhausting.

The racing thoughts. The “what ifs” at 2am. The chest that feels tight for no reason.

But anxiety is NOT your identity. It’s an unwelcome guest, and today we’re evicting it.

Philippians 4:6-7 says: "Do not be anxious about anything... and the peace of God will guard your hearts and minds."

Declare these 3 over your mind today:

1. I have the mind of Christ - 1 Cor 2:16
2. God has NOT given me a spirit of fear - 2 Tim 1:7
3. I cast all my anxiety on Him because He cares for me - 1 Peter 5:7

Your mind belongs to God, not fear.
