Position Available: General Manager
We are a reputable Glass & Aluminium Company based in Pietermaritzburg and has the above position available, the individual to fill this position must be an energetic individual, honest and reliable, of sober habits,be able to multitask, possess excellent customer service and pay careful attention to detail. The applicant must have knowledge of the following requirements for this position:
Job Description/ Requirements:
- Knowledge of general admin work (invoicing, quotations, account statements, emailing, etc.)
- Opening and Closing of the Workshop
- Supervise staff
- Job planning
- Check stock and pricing
- Quality check on products
-Ability to take measurements of various components
- Vehicle check and despatch
- Liaise with clients and suppliers
-Placing and receiving orders
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Wages- for staff
- Cash handling and receipts
- Counter sales
-Follow up on orders and payments
- Must have some knowledge of Glass and Aluminium
