Pause is not withdrawal.
It’s return.
Return to curiosity.
To texture.
To colour.
To the small details that wake creativity up again.
When we slow down enough to notice, something shifts.
Ideas soften and widen. New connections happen. We feel that elusive freshness that comes with brave change and flow.
Energy gathers instead of scattering.
On Wednesday 25 March, I’m holding a small morning called Poems & Pause.
A few seats.
A few poems.
A few powerful processes.
Space between them.
Unhurried conversation.
Room to pay attention again.
With tea and dark chocolate.
Come if you've been craving a present pause and some riches to fill it
