EMM - Extreme Model Management Extreme Model Management is one of the top Modeling Agency's and the biggest Model Academy in KZN.

Since 2006 our motto is to bring out the best in each person, teaching each one what their strengths are, how to recognize and deal with their weaknesses, and to use it to the best of their ability. Students do not just learn the tools to be a great model but most of all they learn to become confident, well adjusted young people. We proved that we are much more than just another model academy. 🔥 LITTLE GAMES. BIG LESSONS. WITH LITTLE LEGENDS. 🔥

What looks like a simple game of ring toss can actually teach a child some of life's most important lessons!

During our recent Extreme Little Legends session at Port Natal Preprimer, we had loads of fun putting our aim, focus and coordination to the test. But the real magic wasn't just in getting the rings onto the targets — it was in everything the children learned along the way! 😃

✨ KEEP TRYING!
The first attempt doesn't always work. Neither does the second, third or fourth! But with encouragement, patience and practice, the children discovered that they could keep going until they got it right. That's resilience in action!

✨ IT'S OKAY NOT TO GET IT RIGHT FIRST TIME.
When something feels difficult, frustration can creep in. We help our Little Legends learn that making mistakes is part of learning, and that they don't need to be hard on themselves when things don't go as planned.

✨ CELEBRATE EACH OTHER!
Someone else might get it right sooner — and that's okay! We're learning that another person's success doesn't take anything away from our own. Instead of becoming a sore loser or comparing ourselves to others, we can encourage our friends, celebrate their achievements and keep working towards our own goals.

✨ DEVELOP SKILLS THROUGH PLAY.
While having fun, children are also developing hand-eye coordination, concentration, body control, judgement, patience and problem-solving skills.

✨ BUILD CHARACTER, ONE LITTLE VICTORY AT A TIME.
We're not just interested in whether a child gets the ring onto the target. We're interested in how they respond when they miss, how they handle frustration, whether they encourage their friends, and whether they have the courage to try again.

Because success isn't always about getting it right. Sometimes, success is choosing not to give up! 🔥

This is the heart of our Extreme Little Legends Programme — working alongside schools and parents to nurture the whole child through fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities that develop essential motor skills, confidence, resilience, emotional awareness, kindness and leadership.

We believe that the little lessons children learn today help shape the adults they become tomorrow. 🌱

And sometimes, all it takes is a few colourful rings, a target and someone cheering them on to plant a very important seed!

🫱🏻‍🫲🏼 BUILDING FUTURE LEADERS & OPPORTUNITIES — TOGETHER. 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

The future of our industry depends on more than talent. It depends on collaboration, professionalism, community, shared knowledge and a willingness to invest in the next generation. ❤️

This weekend, we had the privilege of collaborating with Roberta Alessandri and Adelle Botes at Edgars, The Pavilion Shopping Centre, for a pageant workshop designed to give the girls greater insight into the world of pageantry, practical skills to develop, and tools to help them grow in confidence and stage presence.

A huge thank you to Roberta and Edgars for creating the opportunity for us to share our knowledge and experience with the girls. We truly value opportunities like these, where people in the industry can work together, learn from one another and contribute towards building a stronger future for our industry and youth in KwaZulu-Natal.

Throughout the workshop, our team shared knowledge across different areas of personal and professional development.

👑 Adélle Botes — GLOW with Adelle

As our Head Coach, Adélle brought decades of industry experience to the workshop, helping the girls develop their understanding of pageantry, presentation and the skills needed to carry themselves with confidence. She understands that true coaching is about more than preparing someone for a stage — it's about equipping them with skills and self-belief they can carry into everyday life.

🔥 Shane Morné Botes — What Do You Stand For?

Shane also dived into the importance of personal branding and social media, helping the girls understand how they present themselves beyond the stage. In today's digital world, how you communicate, build your personal brand and conduct yourself online can create opportunities — or close doors. Learning to use these platforms professionally, safely and purposefully is an important part of preparing young talent for the industry, as well as to build an strong positive online presence.

👑 Robyn Farquharson & Amber-Shirneil Saunders — Experience in Action

We were incredibly proud to have our very own Robyn and Amber as part of the team. As former KZN title holders, they are living examples of what happens when the skills and foundations developed through the guidance of Adélle Botes are carried forward.

The lessons they have learnt extend far beyond pageantry. Confidence, discipline, communication, professionalism and the ability to carry yourself with purpose are skills that serve you in everyday life, long after the crown comes off. Having them share their experiences with the girls is a reminder that knowledge becomes even more powerful when it is passed on.

Yesterday, our Director & Lead Coach, Adélle Botes had the privilege of spending time with an incredible group of teachers from across KwaZulu-Natal, sharing a message that reaches far beyond the classroom.

THE COURAGE TO BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. ❤️

Through her talk, Adélle reminded these remarkable women of something we can so easily forget in the busyness of everyday life: while we pour so much into the people around us, we must never lose sight of our own worth.

✨ 20 YOUNG LADIES. ONE MORNING. A SHARED VISION. ✨

What an incredible morning of learning, growth and confidence building at our recent Pageant Workshop! 👑❤️

In collaboration with Adelle Botes, Roberta Alessandri, EMM - Extreme Model Management and Edgars came together to give 20 young ladies the opportunity to develop their confidence, poise, presentation and understanding of what it takes to step onto a pageant stage.

Because pageantry is about so much more than a crown. It’s about discovering your strengths, finding your voice, building character and learning to believe in yourself.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to Roberta Alessandri for bringing us together and trusting us with this opportunity, to Adélle Botes for leading the workshop and sharing her wealth of experience, and to our EMM assistant coaches, Robyn Farquharson and Amber-Shirneil Saunders, for contributing their knowledge and passion.

🔥 MY JOURNEY WITH EMM - Nicole Botes 🔥

EMM has honestly helped me become a more confident version of myself. When I first joined, I didn’t realise how much I would grow, not just in modelling, but as a person.

EMM is like my second home. It’s a place where I feel comfortable being myself, where I’ve made friendships , and where I know I have people who support and believe in me.

They’ve taught me how to carry myself, keep my head up, find my stride, and believe in myself even when I don’t always feel confident. They’ve also shown me that I don’t always have to stand strong alone. They’ve been there for me, encouraged me, and reminded me that it’s okay to lean on people who genuinely care.

The confidence I’ve gained doesn’t stay at EMM. I carry it with me every day, whether I’m on the netball court, at school, with friends, or anywhere else. EMM has taught me to stand out, be myself, and never be afraid to show who I am.

EMM is more than just an academy to me. It’s my second home, a place where I’ve grown, found support, and learned to hold my head high no matter where life takes me.
