Job Advert: Office Administrator – Century City (Office-Based)
Location: Century City
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 4pm - 1am
Compensation Package: Basic Salary + performance related incentives
Transport: Own reliable transport required

Key Responsibilities:
Data Capturing.
Filing & Admin related duties.
Set-up for birthdays and special holidays.
Assist sales team with reports and documents needed.
Assist the FM & GM with their reporting & admin related duties.
Adapt easily to changing situations in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Positive attitude.
Organized and punctual with duties and tasks.
Willing to learn and open to training and courses (provided by company).
MS Excel (at least confident as a beginner, more towards intermediate phase).
Flexibility and responsiveness to change.
Reliable personal transport.
