Quality Control Supervisor

Our client within the Automotive Industry is looking for an experienced Quality Control Supervisor who will be responsible for the Supervision of day to day quality control inspectors within manufacturing and ensure that the correct activities are conducted at specific areas

• Supervise quality control inspectors on a day to day basis;
• Assist quality controllers and production operators to resolve quality related production issues;
• Assist QA Manager and Production staff to put measurements in place for corrective action;
• Ensure daily data is generated for the measurement of quality performance;
• Manage all rework & scrap and its movement from the quality department to production;
• Ensure quality standards are adhered to by operators and QC Inspectors;
• Inspection and reporting of customer returns;

Field Engineer - Gauteng

Your Responsibilities
Networking:
• Build-up of Multi Level network within dedicated E&D firms
• Develop strong relationships with the technical decision makers of customers to ensure a high degree of success in achieving favourable product specifications
Technical Submittals:
• Prepares technical submittals, specification write-ups for engineering products and follow up with specifiers and influencers to get it included in specification documents
Technical Support:
• Provide technical support for customers through training and seminars to consultants, contractors and influencers
• Provide technical support through product demonstrations, design solutions, bill of materials, estimations and submittals for all company’s engineering and associated products

Minimum Requirements
