Neasa Free State / Northern Cape & Northwest NEASA is a employers' association registered in terms of the Labour Relations Act, 1995. NEASA was established in 1995.

It was the first employers' association who applied for registration in terms of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, which provided for the registration of employers' associations not limited to specific industries. The initial steering committee, consisting out of eight companies, as well as the current CEO, met on 3 April 1996 for the first time. The Association was registered on 9 December 1996. NE

ASA currently has over 18 000 members in more than 80 industries, making it the largest employers' association in South Africa registered in terms of the Labour Relations Act. NEASA has permanent offices in Pretoria, Durban, East London, Port Elizabeth, Cape Town, Bloemfontein, Kimberley and Klerksdorp. NEASA's focus is on dispute resolution, industrial relations and collective bargaining and has the infrastructure and specialist manpower ability to serve the interests of employers even in the most remote areas.
