I am looking for a SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR OFFICER
R254 316 Basic Salary per Annum


Primary Purpose: Manage the Administration Section of Investment
Delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure that all correspondence relating to contracts
are correctly filed and kept safe. Audit all files on a monthly basis to ensure
correctness. Archive all completed project files and documents annually.
Ensure that all procedures and policies are followed on a daily basis.
Manage the flow of payment certificates for all contractors and consultants.
Review and correct workflow on SAP system when errors occur. Ensure
that works Requests received from various departments are recorded and
issued to the relevant section for action on a daily basis. Ensure that
requests received for Movable Assets are submitted to the Divisional
Manager for approval. Check quotations and create requisitions on SAP
system on a daily basis, then request orders from SCMU. Forward orders
to the requesting department. Consolidate information on the progress of
projects and compile the SOP2 report for submission to EXCO on a
quarterly basis. Compile a report on a monthly basis reflecting expenditure
on Movable Assets to the Divisional Manager and relevant departments.
Manage and control sub-ordinates performance. Assist the Divisional
Manager with all administrative duties on a daily basis. Compile reports
required by the Divisional Manager as and when required relating to project
payments and information.

Requirements and Experience:
The candidate for this post should
possess the following attributes:
 National Diploma in Administration
or Office Management (NQF 6)
 4 years’ experience in an office
environment with relevant filing and
administration experience in a
similar or comparable role.
 Sound Information and
Documentation management
principles
 Basic financial administration
principles.
 People management experience.
 MS Office Packages and SAP
experience essential.
