Purpose of Job Profile & responsibility:-
Responsible for designing, overseeing and implementing organizational Total Rewards (compensation and benefits programs) in alignment with the organization’s overall strategic objectives and HR vision
Variable Pay/ Incentives Design
Annual Increment Design
Design the Complete Performance Management System which includes goal setting process (basis Balance Scorecard), quarterly/ half-yearly review & annual reviews; framed promotional policy.
Conduct Competency Assessment Centres with business partner agencies by complete competency mapping and assessment for Leadership Development, 360 degree feedback & Succession Planning for the key positions.
e Formulations of Bell-Curve, Simulations and other increment/ promotion finalization activities.
e Finding Hi Performers, Avg. Performers, Low Performers and framing reward and recognition policy after taking inputs from all department heads
e Goal Setting
e Design the Organizational Chart, Competency Mapping, Job Description Form, Job Evaluation, Compensation Structure, KRAs.
