Engineering Consultant ( DISTRICT 1 - HO CHI MINH CITY - VIET NAM )
*** Salary: VND 50,000,000 – 150,000,000/month (based on experience and skill level)
+ We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Consultant to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will collaborate with prospective clients to assess their technical requirements, provide strategic recommendations, and oversee the implementation of effective engineering solutions.
+ This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, excellent project management skills (especially in Agile environments), and a passion for client interaction and problem-solving.
*** Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their engineering and technical requirements.
- Conduct research on emerging and cutting-edge technologies.
- Provide expert recommendations on suitable solutions and technical improvements.
-Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering and technical issues.
-Collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
*** Required Skills & Experience:
Must-have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
- Proven portfolio of completed engineering/software projects.
- Strong experience in designing cloud-based solutions using GCP, Azure, or AWS.
- Solid knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Strong front-end development knowledge, especially in PWA and cross-platform frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in a technical leadership role, with the ability to mentor and train team members.
- Proficient in Japanese communication (minimum business level).
*** Nice-to-have:
- Experience in quality assurance, including functional, performance, and security testing.
- Prior experience working as an engineering consultant.
- Experience in project management and team management using Agile methodology.
- Strong Japanese communication skills (JLPT N2 or above preferred).
- Experience in sales or marketing within the software outsourcing industry.

Mức lương:
-Ứng viên chưa có kinh nghiệm (mới tốt nghiệp): 7,000,000 VND (lương gộp).
-Ứng viên có kinh nghiệm: 12,000,000 - 15,000,000 VND ( gross) (có thể cao hơn tùy năng lực).
*Nội dung công việc
+Gia công cơ khí chính xác các chi tiết trục, ống lót, bạc lót, con lăn,...
+Vận hành thiết bị gia công chính xác cao, đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm.
*Địa điểm làm việc : Đường số 4, Khu công nghiệp Nhơn Trạch 3, Giai đoạn 2, Xã Long Thọ, Huyện Nhơn Trạch, Tỉnh Đồng Nai.
*Yêu cầu ứng tuyển
Kinh nghiệm:
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm gia công cơ khí (không yêu cầu loại sản phẩm cụ thể).
- Chấp nhận ứng viên mới tốt nghiệp chưa có kinh nghiệm.
*Chế độ đãi ngộ Phúc lợi:
-Thưởng: 1 lần/năm.
-Tăng lương: 1 lần/năm.
-Phụ cấp chuyên cần.
-Làm thêm giờ (khoảng 30 giờ/tháng, có tính lương tăng ca).
-Bảo hiểm & các chế độ khác theo luật lao động Việt Nam.
*Thời gian làm việc 8:00 - 17:00.
*Ngày nghỉ:
Thứ Bảy nghỉ cách tuần (nghỉ vào tuần thứ 2 & thứ 4).
Nghỉ Chủ Nhật & ngày lễ theo quy định.
