Do nhu cầu mở rộng phát triển, Công ty TNHH Dịch Vụ Hàng Hải Và Sửa Chữa Tàu Biển Hải Hà thông báo tuyển dụng vị trí sau:
1. Vị trí tuyển dụng: Kỹ Sư Máy
- Số lượng: 01 người
- Trình độ chuyên môn: Tốt nghiệp Đại học về chuyên ngành máy: Động cơ đốt trong
- Kinh nghiệm: có tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc liên quan đến động cơ Diesel, máy tàu thủy hoặc động cơ đốt trong khác.
- Độ tuổi: từ 25-35 tuổi
- Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng anh Toeic- 550 (hoặc ielts- 5.5, hoặc CEFR- B2)
2. Mô tả công việc.
- Địa điểm làm việc: Tại xưởng và đi công trình (cảng biển, khu neo, nhà máy…)
o Địa chỉ Xưởng: Km9 đường Hùng Vương, phường Quán Toan, quận Hồng Bàng, TP Hải Phòng
- Thời gian làm việc:
o 8h/ngày: từ 7h30 đến 17h00
o 24 ngày/tháng (nghỉ 4 chủ nhật và 2 Thứ 7)
o Do tính chất của công việc, thời gian đi làm tại công trình sẽ không cố định thời gian và theo sự sắp xếp của Công ty.
- Nội dung công việc:
o Trực tiếp tham gia bảo dưỡng, sửa chữa máy
o Lập phương án thực hiện, danh sách vật tư máy móc- nhân lực
o Và các công việc được bàn giao khác…(thỏa thuận thêm khi phỏng vấn)
3. Quyền lợi
- Ngày nghỉ: Số ngày nghỉ Lễ và nghỉ phép có lương theo như quy định của Nhà Nước
- Được hưởng các quyền lợi về đóng BHXH, BHYT, Bảo hiểm tai nạn lao động như theo Quy định của Nhà nước.
- Các phúc lợi xã hội khác: Du lịch hàng năm, khám sức khỏe hàng năm, các hoạt động ngoại khóa…
- Có cơ hội được đi đào tạo kiến thức chuyên môn chuyên sâu trong và ngoài nước, đi công tác nước ngoài…
- Mức lương:
o Thu nhập: từ 13.000.000-20.000.000 hàng tháng hoặc có thể cao hơn.
o Phụ cấp tại xưởng:
 ăn trưa tại công ty (hoặc phụ cấp 30.000 vnđ/ngày)
 xăng xe: 500.000 vnđ/tháng
o Thưởng tháng 13 & 14: làm 6 tháng sẽ được thưởng 1 tháng lương cơ bản thưởng vào tháng 6 và 12 dương lịch, thưởng ngày Lễ, thưởng Tết, thưởng Doanh số….(thỏa thuận thêm khi phỏng vấn)
- Ngoài ra còn nhiều phúc lợi khác

- Giấy khám sức khỏe.
- Bằng cấp, chứng chỉ liên quan (bản sao)
- Căn cước công dân (bản sao)
