This is a direct-hire opportunity, with a starting pay rate of $17/hr. negotiable based on experience and qualifications, MondayโFriday, 8:00 AMโ4:00 PM.
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
Experience operating CNC or conventional lathes
Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
Experience using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and PPE
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Reliable transportation preferred
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
Set up, adjust, and operate lathe machines
Inspect finished parts and make minor machine adjustments as needed
Perform routine machine cleaning, oiling, and inspections
Load/unload materials and safely handle tools and equipment
Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or defects
Document production, defects, and quality information
Troubleshoot minor issues and work with supervisors/team members to resolve production concerns
