Wait… a flexible manufacturing job? Is this actually legit? (We get that a lot). 😅 We’re making it possible for your next job to take flight at Textron Aviation in Wichita, KS

So, we're gonna clear the runway. (Get it? "runway").

This job works more like Uber than anything you've seen inside a manufacturing facility. You open the app. You see what's available.

You decide if you're working today.
You just… choose.
Then you go earn.
The big difference?

Nobody's copiloting your schedule. It's consistent pay every time you decide to work and a chance at a job that could take off at Textron Aviation.

I don't know about you, but saying "I help build Cessna, Beechcraft or Pipistrel aircraft" is a pretty huge flex. 💪

Now the part you really want to know... the pay. Roles start at $20.99/hr.

If any of this sounds like you, apply and we'll walk you through every step.

Or if you know someone who'd be a perfect fit, send this their way.

Work when you want manufacturing aviation jobs at Textron Aviation through MyWorkChoice.

Shoutout to our MWC crew out at GE Appliances! 👏👏👏

This team got recognized at a big manufacturing event last week by the Georgia Association of Manufacturers.

They’re proving every day that flexibility can work in manufacturing!

Meet Emily, our On-Site Manager at Graphic Packaging International in Ohio! 👋

“My favorite thing about MyWorkChoice is that it gives employees the power to work on their own terms. Can do Tuesday this week but not next? Great! Sign up for the shifts that you can work.”

🎨 Fun fact: Emily changes her hair more than anyone you probably know—so don’t be surprised if she’s rocking a new look next time you see her!

🎓🎶 On the weekends, you’ll find Emily cheering on her son through all things senior year. When she’s not celebrating milestones, she’s likely enjoying live concerts.

Emily brings energy and a strong commitment to helping workers take control of their schedules. We’re lucky to have her supporting our workforce at GPI! 💙
