I'm excited to introduce myself as Ozarks Healthcare's Career Pathways Coordinator! 💚

Before joining Ozarks Healthcare, I worked at neighboring Dora R-III School District as a teacher and rootEd Advisor, helping students explore college, technical training, career pathways, and what came next after high school.

That experience is a big part of what drew me to this role.

Through the Inside Track Career Pathways Program, I now have the opportunity to continue that work by connecting students, employees, and community members with healthcare career exploration, education and training opportunities, job shadowing, scholarships, and pathways into the workforce.

I'm also incredibly grateful to Sammi Radosevich, who spent the past several years developing Inside Track, building relationships throughout our region, and creating a strong foundation for this program. I'm excited to build on the work she started and continue to grow those opportunities.

Coming from a rural school district, I've seen firsthand what can happen when someone is given an opportunity, connected with the right people, and shown a path forward.

I'm excited for what's ahead and for the opportunity to help more people discover a future in healthcare right here at home.
