We strive to connect safety-conscious, high-quality, skilled workers with rewarding careers. We recognize that you bring a unique experience to every job site .

Your position requires a safe individual approach, which is why we are proud to offer you an opportunity to join our team and discover the Core Crew difference. We are headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, but serve jobs, projects and employers across the United States. We skill-test and supply Core Crew members for pipe welders, pipe fitters, millwrights, electricians, carpenters, plumbers, and project managers for a variety of companies. We’ve grown because we’re good at what we do – we test candidates to make sure they can meet and exceed our customers’ needs. Core Crew is unique because we demand safety, and we deliver quality. In addition to highly skilled employees, the Core Crew team members we send to a job site will always place the highest priority on safety. We emphasize safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment for our employees and clients. Who We Are
Core Crew was born from a company called United Group Services. We were created to help them staff their jobs and help manage their clients. Over the years, we started to branch out and begin developing on our own. We are still connected to our parent company, but we also have our own clients and employees. We are very proud of how far we have come in recent years, though we know that none of our success would be possible without the individuals who choose to grow with our company. From our company employees to the ones we employ in the field, our company values of safety consciousness, quality, and skill shine through each person. We have grown tremendously since we began branching out; now staffing nationwide. It’s important to us that we provide fast and efficient services for both our clients, and our employees. By using a combination of online and hands-on skills testing, we are able to match the right candidates to the right jobs; ensuring that our clients and employees are set up for success from the very beginning. We recognize that every employee is unique in their skill-set, and we’re dedicated to making sure those skills are put to work in the right place. Our ultimate goal is to grow with the people that work with, and within our company. We want to be part of the community that helps bridge the gap with skilled trades, and connect skilled craftsman to rewarding careers. Let us help YOU take the next step, by joining our talent network.
