Ware State Prison will be holding a hiring event on Friday, March 12, 2021 from 9am-2pm. The event will be held at the Ware State Prison Admin Building. The address is 3620 Harris Rd. Waycross, GA 31503. Please do not bring in any cell phones or smart watches into the prison
Please bring the following required items with you:
Driver's License (Must be valid)
Birth Certificate
SS Card
HS Diploma/GED
DD-214 (if prior military)
College degree (if you have one)
Clothes and Sneakers for PT Test
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen. NO Felony Convictions.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must be able to pass Accuplacer Entrance Exam. This is a reading and writing test. We will administer it to you FREE of charge.
If all is passed on this day, you will leave with a job offer. Please know the hiring process can take a few hours due to testing.
