Great Story, Adam came to me as a first time home buyer referred by Joshua Anderson. He was looking for his first home and wanted to conserve as much cash as possible while also conserving as much energy as possible. Reflecting this morning... Helping first-time home buyers is 100% my passion... They all have different stories, different lives and learning about each of them is so cool...
..Like the young couple, relocating from Atlanta to the Charlotte area for a new job at a local law firm.
..How about a New Nurse that has only been on the job less than 6 months but has always wanted to be a nurse since she was 5.
..The single mother who is trying to give her kids a safe place to come home to after school.
..The family whose rent kept going up year after year after year but never thought they'd be able to buy.
..The school teacher that relocated to Charlotte to be close to her family who looked and looked and made offer after offer, until she found THE ONE.
..The widow who lost her husband of 30+ years who just could not live in her current home due to all of the memories around every corner in every room...
..The ones who laughed, jumped for joy at the closing
..The Elevation employee who dreamed of buying his first home searching month after month after month for a home that would fit his budget and he Found the PERFECT HOME
..and the ones who cried tears of joy asking me to take a picture of them signing their loan docs so he could send it to his Mom.

This stuff is so real. I'm so glad I can be part of it. I really have the best job ever!
