Clark Fire Training Association Clark Fire Training Association is a collaborative effort between the training divisions of the Fire Departments in Clark County, Washington.

Clark Fire Training Association (CFTA) is a training group represented by Clark County, WA. Fire Departments, EMS Departments, Clark Regional Emergency Services Agency (CRESA) & Portland Community College (PCC) personnel. The group is comprised by line firefighters, line officers, chief officers, administration & operational personnel to be an advocate for all Clark County Fire & EMS services to e

nsure the highest quality training is provided for the safety and well being for the fire/EMS services and the citizens we protect.
