WE are “The Way Out Brotherhood Inc.”, a nonprofit organization that is located in the heart of Prince George’s County, Maryland. Our mission, is to provide leadership, professionalism, and prestige guidance to males who desire to be molded into renowned pioneers of this generation. Through our core values, we identify the obstacles of reality caused by generational differences, which are signific
antly impacted by the social, political, economic, and cultural context in which members of our communities face. We will provide solutions through a network of individuals whose personal experiences can perpetuate resolutions for men of all ages. So the need to empower men to be positive role models, and father figures needed for our homes, and communities is essential. The continuity of our goals includes the need to encourage participants to develop a greater initiative for upward mobility, to increase independence and self-reliance, as well as identify the communicational barriers that exist in today’s workforce. We will encourage our male participants to not only dream big, but to pursue their dreams, and develop plans to make their dreams reality. We will emphasize how important it is as a man to practice chivalry, and respect, and more importantly what it takes to be an effectual father.
